Really nice blog. I was given your name by Har Prakash. This is my 10th day of my first steady/intense home practice after 10 years of trying to do it. Shinzen kicks ass. He's not just a meditation teacher, he's got it all down. I've been keeping a log too, and need to find a free blog site to get it up. Do you know of any that will let you post entries for days that have already passed? I'm looking forward to reading more of your blog soon. With all the new videos of shinzen, Har Prakash's stuff, not to mention all the stuff on shinzen.org...I have plenty to keep me busy. But, I've been listening to his dharma talks for seven years now and he's just so on target. I'm listening to the science of spirituality now, his huge 24 part thing. It's great, but I can't afford it yet. KPFK, which streams and archives, is airing it in sections every week. Anyway.. where are you at in the world? I'm in pittsburgh pa.
