		<description>Very nice indeed! It&#039;s for similar reasons that I&#039;ve started to twitter and blog a couple of days ago. 

The stuff that works for me so far is: 
- reading books by all kinds of teachers, while looking what resonates and what doesn&#039;t
- practicing self-observation in the present moment, both formally (sitting meditation) and informally (in daily life)
- trying to be totally honest (with myself at least)</description>
