It's for similar reasons that I've started to twitter and blog a couple of days ago. The stuff that works for me so far is: - reading books by all kinds of teachers, while looking what resonates and what doesn't - practicing self-observation in the present moment, both formally (sitting meditation) and informally (in daily life) - trying to be totally honest (with myself at least) Very nice indeed! It’s for similar reasons that I’ve started to twitter and blog a couple of days ago.

- reading books by all kinds of teachers, while looking what resonates and what doesn’t
- practicing self-observation in the present moment, both formally (sitting meditation) and informally (in daily life)
- trying to be totally honest (with myself at least)
