WHAT Enlightenment??! is starting to gain some momentum through their online megaphone. For the sake of everyone concerned I hope this doesn’t turn into another Rathergate. Blogging is a super power that must be used with compassion. For it can destroy a politician, a TV personality, and certainly even spiritual teachers. Good thing the majority of blogs are either political or geeky. I hope the WIE community takes the accusations seriously and engage in a dialogue, reconciliation, and some serious self-evaluation before this gets out of hand. I really like their magazine.
Please come into this forum, Andrew. Please be willing to truthfully admit your mistakes, and begin to help the process of truth and reconciliation. It will be much better for everyone—you, your community, your former students, and your friends—if you participate with humility and honesty in this ceremony of healing and purification. Whether you participate or not, however, the truth will come out. It must.

I can’t see that happening – and really, put yourself in A.C.’s position. Would you go into another group’s forum, the one that is attacking you, to engage in a debate?
You would respond in your own forum, in your own manner. Let’s make an (untrue, in this case) assumption, that all the criticisms of AC are unfounded.
In that situation, I STILL would not go into another’s forum to defend myself – I would respond to “allegations” at my own forum, or some neutral parties forum.
“You would respond in your own forum, in your own manner.” exactly. it doesn’t matter whatever forum he goes to. the important thing is just to respond.
Yes, that’s true.
