The first year, every damn thing would set it off - my favorite: burnt popcorn. Every week some nimrod...er...student would burn popcorn and we'd have to dump the building...at 3am. Me being the hall director, I can't hide in my room. Another goody: I have a fire control box in my apartment. Every time an alarm goes off in someone's room, even though it doesn't set the building off, it buzzes like hell in my place....suuuuuper. Know what sets it off? Someone taking a shower and opening their bathroom door (steam). gotta love fire safety. um...I hope this wasn't your last blog.
